Have your prospective buyers contact us as soon as possible so that we can fully qualify and underwrite them before you go under contract. This will make your offer stronger, allow time for them to enroll in and take part in Homebuyer Counseling sessions, and make for a smoother transaction overall.
Listing Agents: Make your listing more marketable by appealing to a wider audience to include those that wish to own a home but don’t have the down payment. Put a rider sign up stating “down payment assistance”, get with us for some open house handouts, etc.
